Ramada Leaseback will be run as a luxury 5* hotel by the Ramada Hotel chain, part of The Wyndham Group. You will be investing in a Freehold apartment within the holiday hotel complex. The apartment will be leased back to the hotel company for a 9 year period, they will be responsible for renting out and maintaining your apartment.
