Nick Wallwork, MD
Nick is a serial entrepreneur who loves running his own businesses and helping others succeed either in business or with investing. He has worked in a variety of different fields giving him a broad understanding of investments and markets. Nick worked in the corporate financial markets for a number of years for Reuters, The Nasdaq Stock Exchange & Lehman Brothers to name a few before moving into full time property investment and starting Colour Investments.
Nick now builds his own property portfolio (and the opportunities released to Colour Investments clients) through careful due diligence and research. A number of the opportunities Colour Investments offer Nick has invested in personally.
When finding time away Nick enjoys flying, travelling and going to the gym as well as looking for the next investment of course!

Nik Phillips, Director
Nik has a long lived passion for property which runs through to his core. He has worked for a number of the UK’s leading property investments and property acquisition firms and has built up a substantial contact base allowing Colour Investments access to a lot of off market deals that most investors wouldn’t normally see.
When finding time away from property Nik enjoys a kick around and manages an aspiring football team in the London area. Nik also manages a number of professional footballer’s property portfolios - a testament to his client dedication.

Olly Morency, Portfolio Manager
Olly works mainly on Egypt investments but also has access to our other stock to assist with building our clients whole portfolios. Olly has worked for a number of years in the property industry having worked for Foxtons and other property investment firms. Olly is experienced at helping clients pick the right investments for them and will ensure you maximise your profits at all times.
In his spare time Olly also represents a number of premiership professional football players and enjoys watching and playing the game too!

Arran Kerkvliet, BMV Specialist
Arran works on a number of our BMV (Below Market Value) deals as well as Egypt sales. He not only sources a number of the deals but he also researches and presents them to clients. Britta van bezu, client account Manager
Britta works in our after sales department and mainly deals with our overseas sales progressions. Helping clients with after sale enquires, making sure the lawyer, FX broker, developer and client are talking and helping the sale go through so that it's a simple and smooth process for the client. If you have any questions for Britta after you've bought a property through us just e-mail her using the below link and she'll be more than happy to assist. In her spare time Britta likes going to the gym, eating out and spending time with the family.
